• Before leaving Costa Rica, an airpot tax of $26 has to be paid. Please being $26 dollars (cash) to pay the tax at the airport. Tax must be paid first, before you can check in to depart.

• Please check your passport and make sure they have not expired. Your passport must be valid 6 months beyond the date of your planned return to the United States.
• Make a photo copy of your passport and bring it with you on the trip
• A VISA is NOT necessary for those with a US passport
• Those who have Korean Passport, you must bring a valid Green Card or VISA to return to the United States
• If you need a new passport or renew a passport, visit your post office or go online
• It takes 6 to 8 weeks to process a passport. Don't wait until the last minute.

Filling out the Custom Documentation:

• Please copy down the address below to be used for the custom documentation that will be checked at the immigration line. The address below is where you will be staying during the conference.
